Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. has always held a special place in my heart. From my little sister, Ree LaViolette, who was initiated through the Spelman College Eta Kappa Chapter in 2012, to my Aunt Michelle Bird, Spelman ’82, the Delta legacy runs deep in my family—and in the roots of Cami Co. Lace.
When I first started this brand in 2016, my sister was one of my very first models. She proudly rocked our early 1913 pieces with sisterhood pride. Not long after, one of our now-longtime customers and close friends, Adriane Keepler, went viral rocking her very first Cami Co. Lace Delta 1913 hoodie with leather pants and a curly afro.
From that moment on, the love from Delta sisters came pouring in! The support we consistently receive from the fierce divas of DST proves this is more than just fashion - it is all about community.
Bold, brilliant, and unapologetically themselves, Delta women have always inspired us. They’re community builders, change makers, and the definition of empowered. This July, we’re bringing it all back—and then some—to the 57th National Convention in Washington, D.C.! We had our very first national booth two years ago in Indianapolis, and Delta women showed up and showed OUT. So it’s only right we return bigger and better!
