Sizes are Men's (unisex) sizes. Since the item is reconstructed (cut in half, then sewn back together) , I advertise this product as having a MODERN/European fit.

Women: Order your natural women's size for the most comfortable/conservative fit. Order one size down for a more form fitting/ feminine fit.

Men: Order one size up for a loose fit with more room.
